By booking or staying at Hotel AVR, you agree to comply with all hotel rules, policies, and procedures outlined herein. All reservations are subject to room availability and management approval, and guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in for verification. The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM; requests for early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges. Payment for accommodations and services can be made through credit card, debit card, UPI, or cash, and all rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. Guests must settle all dues prior to departure. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a full refund (if prepaid), while cancellations made within 24 hours or “no-shows” will be charged for one night’s stay. Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or modified once confirmed. Guests are expected to maintain a high standard of conduct and respect hotel property, staff, and fellow guests at all times; any damage caused to property or violation of hotel rules will result in additional charges or eviction without refund. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas, and any violation may lead to penalties as per hotel policy. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly approved by management in advance. Hotel AVR assumes no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended within rooms or public areas, and guests are encouraged to use in-room safety lockers for valuables. The hotel shall not be held liable for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur during your stay. All personal data collected during the booking or stay process will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for providing and improving guest services; the hotel will never share personal information with third parties unless required by law. The management reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in cases of incorrect pricing, system errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. By staying at Hotel AVR, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions in full.
