Refund Policy

At Hotel AVR, we value your trust and strive to make every booking experience transparent and hassle-free. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for all guests. Refunds are applicable based on the timing of your cancellation and the type of booking made. Guests who cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid amount. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the check-in time or in cases of no-shows (where the guest does not arrive without prior notice) will be charged for one night’s stay, and the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded. For non-refundable bookings, no refunds or modifications are allowed once the reservation has been confirmed. If a guest shortens their stay after check-in, refunds for unused nights are at the discretion of the hotel management. In the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as technical issues, overbooking, or force majeure events, Hotel AVR reserves the right to cancel a reservation and will provide a full refund or assist in rebooking an alternative date. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. By confirming your booking at Hotel AVR, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.
